THE name Fredy Pratama emerges as a head of a narcotics and illegal drugs empire. The police call him the leader of Southeast Asia’s drug syndicate, which supplies up to half a ton of drugs per month to Indonesia. Adding significance to Fredy’s name, the police called the hunt ‘Operation Escobar’.
