The mass media is not free from malpractice. Young members of the press embarking on a career in the mass media are frequently underpaid. Worse still, sometimes they are not paid at all. However, Imelda Stefanny, a freelance photographer, has taken a stand against these practices. Stefanny has filed a lawsuit at the Central Jakarta District Court against djakarta! magazine chief editor, Daniel Ziv. Stefanny claims that her photos were used
