The court system in Indonesia is about to write a new page in its history. For the first time, teleconfere-nce technology will be used in the South Jakarta District Court, at a sitting held to hear the testimony of former President B.J. Habibie, who is now in Hamburg, Germany. The case involves the misuse of Rp62.9 billion of Bulog's nonbudgetary funds with former Head of Bulog (State Logistics Agency), Rahardi Ramelan, as accused.
