The fate of the judges who heard the original Manulife bankruptcy case is hanging in the balance. The three Central Jakarta Commercial Court judges involved are Hasan Basri, Mrs. C.H. Kristi Purnamiwulan, and Tjahjono. They declared PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia bankrupt after a petition presented by Paul Sukran, the receiver of PT Dharmala Sakti Sejahtera.
