Attorney General's Office (AGO) prosecutors must surely be running out of stamina for cases involving Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance funds (BLBI). Their former resolve to submit all BLBI cases to the courts has lost momentum. The case files concerning former Bank Indonesia Governor, Soedradjad Djiwandono, have still not been completed although Soedradjad was declared a corruption suspect in May 2002.
