The case has remained a mystery to this day despite the fact that Friday saw the 6th anniversary of the murder of Bernas reporter, Fuad Muhammad Syafruddin. As widely reported at the time, on the night of 13 August 1996, two heavyset men wearing red bandanas confronted Udin at his home at Bantul, Yogyakarta. Though the details of what transpired that fateful night are sketchy at best, it has been established that Udin took a blow to the head
