THE State Electricity Corporation (PLN) has announced that it does not expect to be harmed by the Constitutional Court's decision to annul the Electrical Power Law No. 20/2002. PLN President Director, Eddie Widiono, said there will be no negative impact on PLN's business and investment plans for the future.

But critics of the court verdict argue otherwise. The Minister of Energy & Natural Resources, Purnomo Yusgiantoro, said the court ve
