Standing across from the Block M bus terminal, South Jakarta, the Round Building often confuses guests. It is not easy to memorize the location of a room because the Special Crimes Building of the Attorney General's Office (AGO) is perfectly circular. But certainly it is not due to the shape of this structure that the public has often wondered what actually takes place inside in this period of reforms. The root of the issue is clear: lots of
