LAST week, the South Jakarta District Court tried former AGO Crimes Section Chief, Kito Irkhamni. The court handed down a lenient verdict against Irkhamni, sentencing him to just one month and 23 days in prison on charges of fraud. The verdict was far lower than the indictment made against Kito, which called for four years in prison. Ironically, Kito has been held in custody since February 2003 and has therefore already served out his prison
