THE Tanjung Uban Immigration Office in Riau now has a painted sign announcing "Malaysian Immigration - Tanjung Uban One-Roof Center (ORC)." Last week, the ORC was officially opened for illegal Indonesian foreign workers who have returned to Indonesia under the amnesty program coordinated by the Malaysian government to organize their work permits and visas.

Other One-Roof Centers have been opened in Entikong (West Kalimantan), Nun
