THERE has been tension for more than a week now, at the Tarakan Naval Base in East Kalimantan. This small port is serving nowadays as the forefront of security operations carried out by KRI (Ship of the Republic of Indonesia) Rencong, KRI Wiratmo as well as KRI Nuku, all carrying troops and fitted with arms.
