PRESIDENT Megawati must be wondering exactly what it will take to stop judicial bribery. Any efforts to prosecute judges inevitably meet with opposition from other judges. This is a problem since ultimately it is other judges who preside over judicial bribery cases. Indonesia's judges have been reluctant to take a stance against their own colleagues.
