J.E. Sahetapy has suggested that the justices of the Supreme Court should be re-vetted by the DPR. Those that don’t pass must withdraw from the Supreme Court. But this is probably going too far.

There is seemingly no end to demands to clean up the Supreme Court (MA). Some time ago, a way of cutting out the decay from the highest legal institution in the land was broached, namely replacing all the supreme justices. But this idea was considered radical, apart from which it is not so easy to provide new Supreme Court justices within a short period.
