FORMER North Bengkulu Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) member, Rapsihil Kana, has spent the past three weeks in a prison cell at Bengkulu Police HQ. Accustomed to his DPRD office with soft chairs and a spacious work desk, Kana now finds himself staring at prison walls.
