We would like to make a correction regarding the article in TEMPO (November 20, 2000) which mentioned Tutut as the leader of the business group that runs most of Jakarta’s toll roads.

1. The involvement of Mrs. Siti Hardijanti Rukmana (Miss Tutut) in toll roads in Jakarta is limited to the ownership of 2.92 percent of shares at PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada (CMNP), through PT Citra Lamtorogung Persada (CLP)—with the possibility of
