Regarding the article in TEMPO (November 13 edition), there were some things in the article that did not represent true reality. As the legal representative of our client whose reputation has been tarnished by the article, we feel it necessary to express the following:

1. TEMPO stated that our client Anam Suryadi (alias Supriyadi, alias Slamet Gundul) was the mediator between the Cendana (Suharto) family and Agiono, a repeat offender who is still
