Ms. Hani Anindita’s letter in TEMPO (April 9 edition) referred to inconvenience while she was flying with Garuda from Yogyakarta to Jakarta on March 19, 2001. We would like to express our deepest apologies. We regret—and cannot justify—our representative canceling her departure on the basis the seat number had been allocated to someone else.
