Effata Fajar Anugerah's Clarification

IN reference to an article in one of Tempo's February editions, 'Handing Over Mr. X', we would like to give our clarification.

Tempo said there were several pharmaceutical distributors or wholesalers (five companies in all) that were involved (without using the word "alleged," which, ethically, they should have based on the principle of innocent before proven guilty).

In fact, instead of mentioning the five com
