On March 31, 2001, my cell phone was stolen at Taman Anggrek Mall. As a user of pre-paid Simpati Nusantara for 3.5 years, I promptly contacted Telkomsel to block my phone number. However, their reaction was disappointing. Telkomsel is discriminatory between customers using Simpati Nusantara and Kartu Halo. My phone number could not be saved, because the blocking facility was only given to customers subscribing to Kartu Halo and I also could
