IN reference to the news report in Tempo's December 14-20, 2015, edition with the cover title The Rot Within, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) hereby states its right to respond to the news in question, since it could create some misperception toward the KPK, specifically towards its acting chairman, Taufiequrachman Ruki.
