REGARDING the article in Tempo's May 9-15 edition, pages 42-56, titled Plundering Oil Palm at Tesso Nilo, here is our right of reply.

On May 4, 2015, during the meeting at Tempo, Asian Agri openly discussed the challenges and development in the palm oil sector, including Asian Agri's commitment to refuse illegal palm. However Tempo's article was not fairly balanced and seemed to be just a review of Asian Agri.
