My Tahapan savings book was issued by the BCA branch in Tebet Barat on May 17, 1999 and since then there have been 119 different transactions at various BCA branches. However, on March 2, 2001, when I was withdrawing from the Tebet Mas branch, I was denied due to an unclear signature.
