In response to a letter of complaint by customer Bapak Hakim published in Tempo magazine, November 20-26, 2017 edition, titled Stealing Electronic Pulses Through SMS, we have contacted the customer concerned to extend our apology. We have also offered a solution to the complaint. Bapak Hakim has accepted the explanation and solution we offered, so the problem/complaint can be considered as properly settled.
