Difficulties in Obtaining SKCK

I live in Bogor, West Java, with an ID card issued in Kediri, East Java. Since I am work in a job which obliges me to submit a Police Information Record (SKCK), I have tried to obtain one in Bogor without having to go back to my village in Ngadiluwih , Kediri.
