For publishing the letter titled “BCA’s Credit Card Security Disappointing” in the December 3-9, 2018 edition. Through correspondence with BCA, an agreement has been reached on the payment of bills for unidentified transactions between myself as the credit card holder and BCA. In this way, this problem has been settled. Hopefully this can serve as a lesson for us to learn from.
