WITH regards to the letter from Mr. Dicky as published in the Letters column of Tempo magazine’s August 6-12, 2019 issue, Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) would like to convey that:

The Ministry ATR/BPN regrets the practice of extortion during the submission of certificates from the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program by Pokmas RW 012 of Pisangan Baru, Matraman, East Jakarta. The Ministry always ensure there is no practice of extortion in the ranks of the Ministry of ATR/BPN for this program.
