Dark Sides of Mentari (II)

I have used a Mentari card for years. I have always had difficulty getting through to the 555 access number for information and to reload my card. Many customers have complained about this in the mass media, but Satelindo seems unable to give a satisfactory response. As an information service company, Satelindo should be able to provide good quality service.
I hope that Satelindo will respond to this matter by taking concrete steps to resolve it
