We had a very unpleasant experience boarding Merpati Airlines flight MZ 6555 from Waingapu (Sumba) to Denpasar (Bali), on June 30, 2001, at 3.10pm. On arrival in Waingapu, June 26 2001, we immediately contacted the Merpati agent in Waingapu to confirm our departure. The Merpati agent there said that our names were not on the list even though our tickets were given OK status when we bought them in Jakarta. However, we still had to be in the waitin
