INDONESIA’s political hue and cry is often marked by personal ‘grudge’ and hatred of an obscured nature. How can such hatred be so deep-seated? Even when we take a picture with the figure hated by a person, we are also detested by that person. Moreover, there is no way of knowing what they or we are choosing as Indonesia’s general election principle is secrecy. Our political discussions are beginning to
