To the National Police Chief

ON August 18, 2015, I reported the case of Ir. Sugito who had committed the crimes of deception, embezzlement and forgery of the power of attorney to sell No. 201/July 21, 2006 drawn up by notary Sja’bani Bachry with the jurisdiction of Malang, East Java. After seven years, the investigation of this report has not yet been finished.

With the deed, Ir. Sugito requested a loan from Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Mala
