YEARS of youthin Riau are years of shadow in the dark. With these words Tenas Effendy began his acceptance speech at the 35th Convocation of the Dewan Cancelor Tun Razak in Bangi, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia, on Saturday, September 17.
