Power and the market have similar characteristics. Power sticks to everyone, everywhere, and at every level, and tends to be abused. It's not because of such characteristics that power becomes filth, something to be avoided at all costs. By realizing its characteristics, we must frame, enclose, monitor and control power with regulations and a check-and-balance mechanism that's unambiguous and above board. Without them, what
