ONE thousand manuscripts of Bung Karnos speeches are kept in the National Archives. Many are already yellowed, some infested with termites.

THE four sheets of paper looked dull. The white color had turned yellowish brown. A thin coat of dust covered the document bearing the letterhead State Secretariat of Presidential Cabinet.
