IDA Bagus Oka can't breathe easy just yet. For a long time now, the former governor of Bali (1994-97) has been hounded by allegations of corruption. When investigations into alleged scandals subsided, protests emerged from the general public. One of the protestors was Bali Corruption Watch (BCW).
