A law suit against the economics and business magazine published in Jakarta was filed at the Supreme Court on January, 2003. David Tobing, the legal counsel for the Supervisory Commission for Business Competition (KPPU) filed the charges alleging Kapital had canvassed to publish news undermining the credibility of KPPU.
