REFORM exists only in newspapers. Hard to believe? Just look at the Supreme Audit Agency’s findings on discrepancies in the use of state money through the first six months of the Wahid-Mega administration. It was discovered that during April-September 2000 only, discrepancies amounted to Rp16.485 trillion. If true, it means that fund misuse happens at a daily rate of Rp90 billion. It also means that corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN)&
