The Audit Commission on State Officials’ Wealth (KPKPN) is now in a sort of dilemma. Until the end of last week, some 27,000 public servants had still not submitted their statutory wealth declarations. Despite continuous appeals by the commission, only 34 percent of the 41,000 so-called wealth forms, distributed by the commission a year ago, have been submitted.
