Why is the Indonesian Military (TNI) accusing the Defense Department for the Mi-17 helicopter controversy?
I don't know about that. But more importantly, lies must be straightened out. How can advance payment be disbursed without any guarantee, but that issue doesn't seem to be important [to the Defense Department]. By any system, this method cannot be justified.
The Defense Department gave the guarantee because of Andy Kosasih's promise?
