THE hunch that Wiwin Sumiati had about something unfavorable going to befall her husband has proven true. Late March Ahmad Resmiadi told her that he wanted to go sailing. "I wanted to tell him not to go," said Wiwin, 24, last week. Ahmad, the captain of the Bonggaya 91 tugboat had had only a few days off at home when his office telephoned him several times.
