THE Bitung City, North Sulawesi, office of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) was filled with hundreds of people last Thursday. They were supporters of Milton Kansil and Dirk Lengkong, candidates for mayor and deputy mayor of Bitung City, nominated by PDI-P. The sympathizers made thumbprints with blood on white cloth.
