THE event which took place in the meeting room of the DPR Honor Council at the Nusantara II Building, on Wednesday last week, was interesting to watch. Eight, serious-looking members of the council, sat in formation. Before them was Ali Yahya, a restless Golkar DPR member from Banten. His hands were in constant motion: at times touching his forehead, or moving to the corner of his eyeas if holding back tears.

Ali Yahya was visibly upset. That day
