Awarding the job of printing forms for personal records can lead to corruption, but the Home Affairs Department maintains that someone is out to undo their policy.

It started with a letter from an aging retiree, which was sent to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). The four-page document was written with the aim of preventing opportunities for corruption. The petitioner was not an irate activist. Although in his twilight years, T.M.
