Five witnesses have said that there was a meeting chaired by Hamid Awaludin to negotiate the price of seals, claims which he subsequently denied.

THE meeting lasted one hour. Refreshments were not served. The meeting chaired by Hamid Awaludin, a member of the General Elections Commission (KPU), began at about 11am.
