THE horror broke out precisely at noon when residents of Wembi village were taking part in a free medication program organized by students in cooperation with the Indonesian Military (TNI). The village, located in the Keerom regency on the border of Papua New Guinea, is indeed far from any healthcare facilities. Free medication is clearly a rare commodity. That was the reason why on Monday afternoon last week hundreds of people had poured into th
