A Bengawan Train car plunged down into Puger River. Railway cars accidents are waiting to happen due to poor facilities and infrastructure.

The loud noise of crashing iron blocks resounded in the air. Fire sparked like a firework. Within seconds, the fourth car of 12 carriages broke loose from its main string. Beneath, Puger River was flowing quietly.
