One Wrong Conviction is Enough

Parliament will soon deliberate the draft Law on State Secrets. There is concern that it could create a secretive regime.

THE high-ranking army officer will be unable to start his retirement with peace of mind. Late last year he was accused of leaking state secrets near the end of his period of service.
