Debate Without Sanctions
Billions in illegal funds from the Maritime Affairs Department continue to flow into parliament, but the Ethics Committee is unable to immediately dismiss the miscreants.

AFTER four hours of debating on Friday last week, a meeting of the Ethics Committee of the House of Representatives (DPR) let out without reaching an agreement.
