AT the end of the year, a lot of cases in the Ethics Council remain overdue. Besides the alleged flow of Bank Indonesia funds to DPR members, previous cases are mostly unresolved too. An example is the case of funds granted by the Department of Maritime Affairs & Fisheries to legislators. So far, none of the 24 members suspected of pocketing the illicit money has been penalized. Only five members have their cases processed, two have even been reh
