THE examination of the flow of Bank Indonesia (BI) funds into the House of Representatives (DPR) by the Ethics Council on Wednesday last week left various questions unsolved. A BI official being grilled retracted a crucial statement about the presence of any fund flow into the DPR for reasons that remain unclear. “He gave roundabout answers,” said Deputy Chairman of the DPR Ethics Council Tiurlan Hutagaol.
