Fashionable Family Planning?

After almost a decade, the Family Planning Program is back. A fortnight ago the BKKBN re-launched the Blue Circle birth-control program for middle- and upper-income people.

HEAD of the National Family Planning Board (BKKBN) Sugiri Syarief cited the success of the Blue Circle program during the Suharto era when re-launching this program. “Let us actively promote this program the way we used to do formerly,” he said.
